Today we’d like to introduce you to Jordan Smallwood.
Hi Jordan, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hi my name is Jordan Smallwood I am formal NFL Player that turned into an Actor and Model. I played in total 6 years 2 years in the NFL 2 years in the CFL and 2 years in the XFL. I played college ball at the university of Oklahoma and was a 3x big 12 champion I was a state champion in highschool and all American as well. I am grateful for my upcoming in sports and now I am looking forward to bring that same energy to the next chapter of my life with my acting.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has been a roller coaster so far there are good days and there are some challenging ones but overall it has shaped me to be the man I am today and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be able to do what I love to do!
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I was a former NFL player played in the CFL and also played in the XFL in a total of six years. I’m mostly proud of the opportunity that I got to play professional football because I know not a lot of people had that opportunity or a chance. I’m looking forward to changing my career over into my acting and modeling and going all in on that. What sets me apart from others is my determination to work hard every single day. Everyday I strive to be the best version of myself.
I’m also an online personal trainer I help men & women with their fitness and I’m very passionate about making a difference in somebody’s life in their health journey.
Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
I would say if you have a dream to do something like play pro sports or act or model go for it. Start by doing your homework on how to get in and when you do start don’t over think work with what you got start with the basics and trust the process!
