Today we’d like to introduce you to Joshua Shronce.
Joshua M. Shronce is currently utilizing his broad background and network to develop sustainable solutions and synthesize teams in the energy, technology, marketing, and real estate industries in the United States & globally. Fortune 50 companies hire him to fix expensive problems quickly. Joshua is the founder of Atlantis Enterprises, LLC, and Atlantis Light & Power, that are based in the DFW metroplex. Joshua returned to corporate America after managing high volume night-clubs for ten years. Prior to & simultaneous with his career managing nightclubs, Joshua spent ten years in various leadership roles; he has enjoyed building and managing teams at Microsoft, BlackBerry, hotels, restaurants, non-profits and energy brokerages. He is utilizing his contacts and experience to build up the clientele at Venture X with the goal of completely filling this innovative, high tech & diverse office space.
As a result of working as a leader developing international non-profits, corporate American and global organizations, and clubs in the entertainment industry, he has a broad skill set that ranges across leading new endeavors in a variety of industries including Telecom, Hospitality, Education, Entertainment, Marketing, Energy, Coworking & Commercial Real Estate. Joshua reports that he is, “a proud Texan, living in West Palm Beach on the longest vacation he’s ever had”.
Currently, Joshua is sharing his talents developing teams, around the world, on a contractual and consultative basis. He was educated at the University of Texas, in Arlington, with a focus on International Business and Finance, and a minor in Spanish. He blends his experience and passion that comes from his family background of developing and building international philanthropy organizations, starting with his family’s school in Nicaragua; Hope Bilingual Academy.
Joshua’s interests in consulting include; synthesizing elaborate materials, team-building, collaboration, cultivating high-level relationships, building, managing & hosting events, teams & startup companies.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Things have been rocky from the start; from my expulsion from Jehovah’s Witnesses as a teenager to heartaches, losing business partners, having to start over from scratch several times, and losing people that I cared about along the way. There was a 60-day stretch where I lost my home, car, business partner and relationship and several other important parts of my life. Things have been far from easy.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Atlantis Enterprises dba Atlantis Light & Power – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
I love Atlantis. This started off as a dream when I was a young boy, believe it or not. I was always enamored with the idea of Atlantis, finding Atlantis, powering Atlantis, all of it. When the Disney movie came out, I knew I wanted to have a company called Atlantis Enterprises that did a little bit of everything. Little did I know 20 years later, Atlantis Business Consultants and later Atlantis Enterprises and Atlants Light & Power would be born.
Our relationships within multiple industries are what sets us apart aside from our state-of-the-art technology and boots-on-the-ground mentality. It comes from never straying too far from the belief that we are here to serve our customers and business partners while simultaneously making the world a better place; and that takes form in many different ways – from the way we treat each other all the way to our Mother charity, Hope Bilingual Academy in Nicaragua.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We are looking to expand. We are looking to create. We want patents. We want to solve big problems. We want to help. Not just in energy, but in every facet of your business. We believe that the more we know about our customers, the better we can serve them. We are currently in West Palm Beach, developing the market and a franchise with plans to return to Dallas at the end of the year, with an even bigger splash with Atlantis than ever before.
