Hi Judicael, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Four years ago, I stood at a crossroads—preparing for my MCAT, ready to embark on the path to becoming a doctor. But destiny had other plans.
It all started with my mother, who, recognizing an opportunity, decided to train me in IT. What began as a simple lesson between mother and daughter quickly turned into something much bigger. Within weeks, 10 others joined our sessions, eager to learn. And in just three months, every single one of them—including me—landed six-figure jobs in IT, many with multiple offers. That was the moment Bizzall Academy was born.
What started as an intimate training session evolved into a movement. Since then, Bizzall Academy has transformed careers, empowering professionals to break into Fortune 100 and 500 companies, international organizations, and the federal government.
Determined to fulfill my original dream, I used the very skills I learned at Bizzall to pass my MCAT and gained admission into medical school. But as I sat in those lecture halls, something inside me shifted. The impact I had witnessed—the lives changed, the doors opened—was too powerful to ignore. After months of soul-searching, I made the boldest decision of my life: I walked away from medical school to embrace my true calling.
From that moment on, I never looked back. I went on to coach software teams at Intermountain Healthcare, lead cybersecurity initiatives at Entegral, and serve as a Scrum Master and team coach at Global Payments, guiding teams in banking, compliance, and payment systems. Today, at FedEx, I drive large-scale transformation, coaching teams and executives in Agile, Portfolio Management, and Process Improvement.
And now, in a full-circle moment, I stand as the CEO of the very institution that first trained me.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?

Walking away was the biggest risk I’ve ever taken, but it led me to a thriving career in IT leadership, coaching teams, and driving large-scale transformations.
Risk isn’t about giving up on a plan; it’s about embracing a better one. My journey has proven that the boldest decisions lead to the greatest rewards.
