After being laid off from a job in the oil field, I reached a crossroads that forced me to rethink my future. Rather than waiting for the next opportunity, I chose to create one. I began learning, building, and taking action with intention.
What started as an individual effort quickly evolved into a team-driven vision. By surrounding myself with people who shared the same work ethic and long-term mindset, we were able to turn an idea into something sustainable. Today, we continue to grow with a clear focus on impact, execution, and building something that lasts.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been smooth. Starting from scratch after being laid off meant learning everything on the fly. Clients, pricing, systems, you name it. Scaling brought new challenges: building the right team, keeping quality high, and managing growth. Every obstacle forced us to adapt, and those lessons are what made All Clean strong today.
