Kareem, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
All started six years ago with my wife learning everything on her own, in her little kitchen at home. She came up with great Recipes that took me back home to a great taste got few friends and family attention and mine for sure. We decided to get a bigger kitchen in an Industrial area so she can be more comfortable doing what she loves to do. We open big dash September 2016.
Few items, very nice and stretchy Arabic ice cream. We used to run out early evening. She start getting busier by the day, I had to leave my other job to help her.
Slowly more items more costumers. It’s been great. And we are very Grateful.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
My wife starts out on her own in the very beginning. Everything from scratch A to Z.
Working so hard. As she starts to get Busier, we had a problem keeping up with Demand. Slowly restart figuring out how to make more. It was a lot of hard work.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
Would love to see Bigdash everywhere. We are opening our second location in the Frisco area very soon. Hard work pays off. Big smiles on every customer’s face when they try our products it’s a win-win
