Today we’d like to introduce you to Kassy Tucker.
Hi Kassy, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My love for photography started since birth, my maternal grandfather was a photographer and my paternal grandmother is the queen of scrapbooking! They both taught me “A picture is a way to relive those beautiful memories that we hold on to.” This saying especially became true, in 2017, when I had my daughter. I wanted to document every milestone. After a few impromptus at-home photoshoots, I started to truly fall in love with the art of photography. With the encouraging words of my husband and a creative mind, I started “Kassy Tucker Photography.” Ever since I have had the honor to capture beautiful memories for my clients to cherish and hold on to.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has been tough at times, but also very rewarding! I have adapted to balancing my life as a wife, mother, full-time employee, and creative. My faith and passion for the art are what has kept me on this path.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a lifestyle and wedding photographer and known for my timeless, true-to-color images that last a lifetime. My joyful personality and attention to detail is what sets me aside from others, it’s what makes my bond with my clients so wonderful. I am most proud of those relationships that I build with my clients – I become like part of the family! From capturing their engagements and weddings to styling their maternity shoots, and finally as their family grows, creating those lasting memories with their yearly portraits.
