Kel’li Sherrene, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
So I started off as a writer at the age of 14. Then at the age of 16, I pursued a career in cosmetology in makeup with starting my own mobile styling company. As I got older, I took a lot of foolish turns in my life with selling drugs and hanging in the wrong crowd. While still having to maintain my upbringing and family background. I went to school and completed my nursing. I pursued my dreams and became a Union actress. Some years later, I started the company Guideline Girls, LLC, which soon turned into a 6 figure brand. The company has gained a partnership with Citizens Bank is well is pay chex systems to help individuals start businesses seamlessly. I studied homelitics, Hermanutics, the art of marriage, and marriage beyond the vows.
I stopped everything to pursue my consulting career full time which has allowed me to help others start hundreds of businesses and have written nine books in a six-month time span and we continue to grow nationwide.
Has it been a smooth road?
I lost my Stepfather in June of 2019 while having my mother Return back to my hometown sick in August. I had to work through all of that while still showing up to speaking engagements with a smile. Opposition will come, I just focus on trouble not lasting always.
