Today we’d like to introduce you to Kelonn Henderson.
Kelonn, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I started my business last spring break while I was in College on March 22nd. I’ve always thought about several different ways to create Financial outlets. One random morning in College, I remember having a dream about my clothing line and I woke up and remembered every detail about it unlike other dreams, from that point I begin telling my parents about the dream and also my family.
Once I went on spring break my mother told me she spoke to one of her patients about a vendor she used and from there, we started creating ideas and I started setting prices for different items! When I returned back to Campus after spring break it started taking off with the Support of my Family and Peers from the College I attended which was the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff!! I did a giveaway contest that my Aunt Josclyn helped me with and it turned out excellent!! I connected with six females from my College and asked them to be models for my female items and I selected four males to be models for my Male items !! I stayed consistent when it came to promoting my brand and its since then been excelling at a high rate!!
Has it been a smooth road?
The beginning of the journey to starting and spreading my Clothing Brand was the hardest challenge! I had to overcome the doubts I had in my head naturally about if I could Succeed in this type of business! As the first three months went by everything seems to get easier, promotion wise and design-wise!! My last semester of college which was this past December was extremely helpful in pushing my Clothing brand as students wore my shirts around the campus and posted pictures on Instagram Tagging my personal page @kelo_gotti and my Clothing page @TycoonKelo!! Everything begin to get easier during the cross over into the New Year of 2020!!!
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Tycoon Kelo – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of and what sets you apart from others.
I design Casual Clothing, Cups, Cover/throw blankets, Socks, Women’s Leggings (tights), Hoodies, Tank Tops, Phone cases and Beach Towels!! My company is known for giving positive vibes and inspiration to young and old age people !! I’m also a Music Producer from Dallas, Texas !! I’m mainly proud that my business has flourished and is still excelling, and I’m also proud that my business influences others!!! The fact that I’m a genuine and true person naturally separates me from a lot of other businesses!! I actually interact with every one of my supporters and people that have questions I always answer as quick as I can !! My Business is also original and it’s a true push of greatness that I am continuously pushing!!
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
The best thing I like about our city is the fact we have endless food options, we have several skyscrapers, and most things here are fast pace!
There isn’t anything my wrong with our city! The only thing I can honestly say that I don’t like about our city is the Lack Of Support from our own Cities people! It’s not terrible but it can be so much more accomplished if we all supported each other like some people support other cities.
