Today we’d like to introduce you to Kindra Williams.
Kindra, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
It all started in college. We were the ones who always hosted gatherings with our friends and we always made sure each gathering had decorations. We would take the time to decorate our apartment and part of the decorating would always include balloons. From there we started to become more interested in the event/ balloon industry. The true inspiration came from our Aunt Lena who is an event planner here in Dallas and she does balloons as well. We’d help her from time to time assisting with her setups and I know this is when the love for balloons began. My first opportunity to do a setup was for my nephew’s first birthday party. I’d watched my aunt do many balloon installations and so I thought this would be a great opportunity to show my new loved talent. From there on friends and family would have events and I took it as a chance to continue to master the craft of balloons and I took photos of every setup. Once I started to post my work everything just took off from there, I took the time to learn the techniques and everything it took to make sure my work looked just as good as what you see all over the internet. Shortly after I found I was pregnant but I knew I couldn’t stop, Unforgettable had come so far and we were busy as ever, but I knew I wasn’t going to get it all done alone. My husband began to help and I eventually invited my sister (Kaylan) to join the team. Never in a million years would we have thought we’d have our own balloon business but here we are. Booked and busy and ready to make your next event Unforgettable!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, with any business you will find bumps in the road but we take the time to discuss what happened and we plan to make sure it doesn’t affect our work or our client’s experience. We have run into times where we’d only have an hour to set up for an install that really needs about 2 hours to complete.

We specialize in balloon artistry. Not only do we offer organic balloon garland installations we also offer many other balloon services. We are known for our creativity and neatness with each install. We are also known for the unforgettable experience we provide to our clients. We set up events from to time. The journey of hard work that you have achieved. Setting goals and reaching those goals. Being happy with everything you’ve poured your time and energy into. Being able to inspire others and exceeding your own expectations.
