Today we’d like to introduce you to King Logan.
Thanks for sharing your story with us King Logan. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
In 2005 the hurricane Katrina swept through New Orleans that would ultimately impact my destiny. I was asked to join super producer Timbaland’s elite production team and I produced my first mega record “ICE BOX” on Omarion’s 21 album, which became a hit and stayed at the Billboard 100 charts for over one year and fostered more than 15 remixes which included the most popular performance by Usher. I was honored by ASCAP as one of the most performed songs of the year.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been a smooth road. It has definitely been a roller coaster ride. There have been some amazing high’s and some extreme lows. One of the most difficult obstacles would be overcoming some personal issues as well as challenges of knowing the business side of the music industry and knowing how to preserve one’s self.

My company is a production company that brings ground-breaking and cutting edge music. I specialize in curating an artist’s specific sound by allowing the artist’s to remain true to the artistry as well as stepping out of their comfort zones in order to create an elite sound.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
I define success by maintaining peace of mind and realizing that everything that happens in life is not happening to me but happening for me to learn and grow from it, whether it be good or bad.
