Today we’d like to introduce you to Labridgette Bell.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Labridgette. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started acting in Elementary. I was doing several plays for my school. I was only in the 4th grade. When I got in middle school I start searching for acting schools I couldn’t find nothing for me so then High school is where I started finding all my talents it’s like God opened up so many doors so I stopped acting for a while back in 9th grade. I ran track than I start messing up in school my grades were so low I was skipping classes mostly everyday I transferred schools the 2nd semester of the 11th grade to become the person that I dreamed of being so one day I searched for more acting classes I started going everyday and I started modeling also. I got my agent and when I graduated it got even better! I met this girl name Abby she’s a director and she helped me with a lot. She gave me the lead part in her Short film truth on YouTube. She also introduced me to this girl named Izzy once I met her, I became her personal photoshoot model. I also have films coming up too. I’m kind of a comedian too I do funny videos on Instagram I just hit 246k on my latest viral video on Facebook and I want to give so much thanks to God and the people that supported me through this because I’ve been through a lot. One day I’m going to win a Emmy & Oscar !!! I want to be a big inspiration to other young women to let them know that whatever you put your mind to, you can do it and don’t ever give up!
Has it been a smooth road?
My struggles were worrying a lot when I got to the 12th grade, thinking like what I am going to do when I graduate, but it was just a lot of negative Thinking. I had to realize that God is with me every step of the way faith is the key! I never thought I would make it this far.
Please tell us about your work.
I’m known for acting, modeling & being funny. The business that I have coming up is ARTS PRODUCTION FILMS ! It’s going to film back to back short films all types of films directed and produced by me.
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
What I like best is that it’s a lot of loving & caring people in the city it’s like everywhere you go you know somebody that’s what I like best because how we show each other love and support too! I don’t really have a least like about the city.
