Today we’d like to introduce you to Lashanda Hearne.
Lashanda, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I started my company in 2007. The idea was to have my own business, so I could support my ministry. That way I would not have to seek out donations and depend on other people’s money. I want to be able to employ the unemployable and create a rehabilitation program for the homeless and families in need. I am everyday working hard to build my company, because I am working towards developing a state of the art Homeless and Families in need transitional housing. I look forward to seeing hard work pay off.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been smooth at all. Getting others to see your vision and getting them to support, has been my biggest challenge.
Please tell us about Janene’s Creation, LLC.
My company Janene’s Creation, LL C provides multiple of services. Which also includes 3 at home businesses that I have invested in. Services we provide is housecleaning, photography, and Wall art. The at home business opportunities are Melaleuca, Stream Energy and Financial Education Services (Credit Repair). What sets me apart from others is I am God driven, inspired and motivated, I am here for the people, to be of assistants to them. When people invest in my company by becoming a customer they are helping to repair and rehabilitate the broken and the lost.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
This favorite memory actually comes from my teen years. When me and my mother would watch the live Madonna concert together, and play dress up, while watching it.
