Today we’d like to introduce you to LaShea Johnson.
LaShea, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started out in the health profession. I worked as a personal assistant, privately for 10 years. I then started as an operated a small A living assistant business for Alzheimer’s, I did that for 5years. In 2015, I got into selling Life Insurance because I saw it as a way to educate and help my community. After opening up an office in Desoto, I added Auto insurance, Business Insurance, Travel agency, Loan signing/ Notary, Business & Personal credit, and Tax preparation to my business portfolio. I currently have a team of 4 employees.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Not at all. In the beginning, I wore many hats. I did it all. I wouldn’t say, the road has been a struggle but more of a learning experience. I didn’t know much about running a business because I didn’t know any growing up. So, I read lots of books, watched those who are in my profession, and went to many networking events.

Our mission is to help consumers save money, help businesses reduce risk, and help families protect and preserve their financial future. I specialize in Insurance. Educating families in knowing the different between whole and life insurance. Getting the best policy for your family needs.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
The best characteristic to have is passion, a desire to improve, and creativity.
