Today we’d like to introduce you to Leesa Brown.
Hi Leesa, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey into real estate started from a place of service and curiosity. I was drawn to how housing impacts stability, opportunity, and generational wealth, especially for families who often feel overwhelmed or overlooked in the process. I didn’t come into this business just to sell homes, I came in to guide, educate, and advocate.
As I gained experience, I realized I wanted to build something bigger than myself. That led to the creation of Heart & Faith Realty Group, a team rooted in integrity, clear communication, and putting people first. Along the way, I developed a strong understanding of different property types, including land, which has expanded how I advise clients strategically. Still, my primary focus has always remained residential real estate and helping individuals and families find places they’re proud to call home.
Today, I lead a growing team with the same values I started with: heart in how we serve, hustle in how we work, and faith in the process. Every transaction is personal to me, and my goal is simple, to make real estate feel less intimidating and more empowering for the people I serve.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, and that’s been one of my greatest teachers. Early in my business, I experienced a high-risk pregnancy that resulted in my baby being born prematurely and spending time in the NICU. During that season, my focus had to shift entirely to my family, which meant intentionally slowing my business down. That pause, while necessary, came with challenges when I was ready to step back in and rebuild momentum.
Returning to business wasn’t instant or easy. I faced setbacks, had to reestablish systems, relationships, and confidence, and do so while navigating motherhood and a rapidly changing market. Since entering real estate, I’ve worked through multiple market shifts, from fast-paced, highly competitive conditions to more cautious, rate-sensitive environments. Each shift required adaptability, strategy, and a willingness to evolve rather than rely on what worked before.
Those experiences strengthened my resilience and sharpened my leadership. They taught me how to operate with flexibility, empathy, and clarity, not just for myself, but for my clients and my team. While the road has had its challenges, every obstacle has helped shape how I lead today, with perspective, patience, and purpose.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Heart & Faith Realty Group?
Heart & Faith Realty Group is a residential-focused real estate team built on trust, education, and faith-led service. We primarily specialize in new construction and single-family homes, helping buyers and sellers navigate major life transitions with clarity, patience, and care. For us, real estate is not just about transactions, it’s about stewardship, guidance, and honoring the responsibility our clients place in us.
We also work with a select group of investors, which gives us a well-rounded market perspective and strengthens how we advise our residential clients. That insight allows us to approach each opportunity thoughtfully, balancing numbers with purpose and strategy with integrity.
What truly sets us apart is how intentionally we lead. Faith shapes our values, our communication, and how we show up for our clients and our team. Education is a cornerstone of our brand because we believe empowered clients make the best decisions. I’m most proud of the culture we’ve built, one that leads with heart, operates with excellence, and trusts the process even when the market shifts.
At its core, Heart & Faith Realty Group exists to serve with integrity, build lasting relationships, and help people move forward confidently into the next season of their lives, with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of faith.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned, and am still learning, is how to stay present and valuable to clients without feeling overly sales-driven. Real estate is built on relationships, and I’ve learned that trust isn’t created through constant promotion, but through consistency, authenticity, and genuine care.
Over time, I’ve realized that people remember how you made them feel far more than how often you followed up. Showing up with helpful information, checking in without an agenda, and serving even when there’s no immediate transaction has been far more impactful than any traditional sales approach.
That lesson has shaped how I lead and how I serve. My goal is no longer to stay top of mind by being loud, but by being meaningful. When clients feel supported and understood, the business naturally follows.
