Today we’d like to introduce you to Lindsey J. Hamilton.
Lindsey, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I am a Dallas native who’s always had a passion for beauty and fashion—graduating from the University of North Texas with a fashion merchandising degree. I learned the importance of adding an aesthetic appeal to all that you do. I began to style women of all walks of life throughout Dallas. I began to see how the beauty industry go hand in hand when completing a look or making a woman feel confident.
Being a girl on the go, Lash Extension complimented my lifestyle. After a few bad experiences on Groupon, I set out to create a luxury lash experience so other women would not have to experience what I did. I began completing my certification with little to nothing being a new mom. I set out on a new journey, ready to build clientele by offering mobile Lash services in the comfort of your home. Most of my clients are working women as well as stay at home moms who all deserve to receive a pampering experience.
Has it been a smooth road?
With all-new business, there have been struggles. Upon receiving my eyelash extension certification, my biggest struggle was obtaining models. After completing my first twenty models, I still had to build my clientele and their confidence in my luxury mobile Lash experience. It can be difficult a lot of people don’t take your seriously when you don’t have a physical location. What helped me persevere to achieve my goals were the compliments of working women and stay at home moms of the ultimate convenience. My last obstacle was finding a location that a great environment to grow and flourish.

I am an Eyelash Extension Technician. I specialize in classic lash extensions. The traditional style is applying one lash extension to one natural lash. I am most proud of creating flirty, lashing impressions to go. What sets me apart from others is my personality, my drive and my genuine service to others.
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
One of my biggest supporters is my friend Joseph Iglboli, Owner of Barbershop Joe’s Barber-Cide in Grand Praire. We went to UNT together as a fellow entrepreneur. He always gave words of encouragement on my journey. Another great mentor, Stephanie of Lash, snob salons. She helped me perfective my craft, learn new techniques and offered me my first booth space.
