Lizabeth, thank you so much for joining us today. We’d love for you to bring our readers up to speed – can you introduce yourself and share your story?
I began my entrepreneurial journey 12 years ago with a business license and 1 year’s worth of web hosting. I didn’t anticipate that I’d go from a one-woman shop supporting program development in the eating disorders community to an internal communications firm, but I’m so glad that it happened that way. Dreaming big is more about being creative and having drive than it is about the destination.
Today I work with organizations that impact a wide variety of industries and communities across the world. We help them through scaling, fast growth, and unanticipated events (think, mandated transition to remote teamwork) by focusing on workflow, processes, and culture.

L-12 Services LLC is an internal communications firm specializing in workflow, processes, and culture. We create clarity from chaos by streamlining the way teams communicate, reducing employee attrition, and increasing capacity to produce and profit. In short, we identify and resolve bottlenecks and broken processes to help your team generate revenue and keep your most valuable talent. What sets us apart isn’t what we do, it’s how we do it. Bianca has been a wonderful addition to the team. She has more than ‘secret sauce’ she has ‘secret super power’, which is to say, don’t let her quiet and calm demeanor fool you. She’s always thinking in systems design.
Bianca stepped in and began to assess the platforms and software I ran, and early in her onboarding, she came to the table with recommendations about how to better utilize some platforms, which software we could do without, and ideas about streamlining processes.
