Meet Lolo Colegial Sidhu of FIT4MOM Fairview

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lolo Colegial Sidhu.

Lolo, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I found FIT4MOM more than 4 years ago. When my little man was about to be 5 months old. I felt in love with the village, the knowing I was not the only one going through the same things.

Fast forward some years, and now I own FIT4MOM Fairview, we opened our doors in Dec 2015 and we are growing and growing.

Besides our fitness programs, which include Stroller Strides: where moms can bring their stroller age kids along, and Body Back: which is an 8-week complete program with HIIT workouts, nutrition, small group setting and soo much more.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No it has not. Like all business, it takes time. Building a community where moms can feel safe and find what they need is hard. Moms want that, but they are always scared to give it a try, especially first-time moms.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about FIT4MOM Fairview – what should we know?
FIT4MOM was born in San Diego CA, over 15 years ago. They are such an amazing company to work with and for. We have an amazing support of big names that are our national partners, like BabiesRUs, BOB strollers, KIND bars and sooo much more.

We offer pre-and post-natal fitness programs for all level.

We are here for moms, we are made of moms and run by moms. All instructors and CEO of the companies are moms.

We offer a place where the common saying fits just right, “it takes a village!” We have that village, fitness, friendship, play dates, crafts, learning space for kids, support, accountability.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
A positive and open mind. We are moms and all so different.
