Hi London, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am the Founder & CEO Of Debonair Men. Where do I start? It all started from me having a vision a very long time ago and not believing it was possible. I grew up seeing men’s collections such as Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, etc; but never seen brands as big as them created by someone who look like. Here you have a young man from Chicago where you don’t see many people choose “Fashion Designer” as one of their careers.
My career choice was criminal justice and working with juvenile delinquents. Though my passion has always been about youth development and helping juveniles in my community, there was something always missing. What was missing was my ability to be the creative I have always been. I remember being a teenager where my interest were dance, fashion, graphic design,& photography, but was forced to believe that being a teacher, police officer or lawyer was more realistic.
Fast forward to 2020 during the pandemic, I had the privilege to actually sit and execute the vision I’ve always had concerning launching my own brand. It literally took me about 7 months to produce it all on my own. From the logo, to the website, designs, photography, and even the branding and marketing. Ive always observed that there were many top brands that catered to women regarding premium garments, self-care, & beauty and not enough for men. Today you see Debonair Men, which is an apparel and self-care company that bring you unique and great quality underwear and products for men. Women shop coming soon.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It definitely has not been a smooth road especially seeing that it was created in the height of a pandemic and launched during the aftermath. Some of my struggles along the way was making sure I find the perfect manufactures, vendors, and distributors. My ultimate goal is quality, so there’s no room for nothing less.

Our mission is to provide a debonair experience that allows our customers to feel comfortable and confident in our premium brand while making self-care their number one priority. I believe what sets our brand apart from others is our main priority being QUALITY. Sometimes you see brands not put a lot of time and effort into their product, and their focus is more so sales which ultimately leaves the consumer unhappy. I am most proud of the enormous support I have gotten this far, and the fact that I have traveled to multiple cities and literally theirs always someone stopping me to show that they have on the brand. I’m also proud of how much people speak highly of the underwear and its quality and comfortability. Like I never would have imagined that.
