In 2008, she founded The LinkD Network with a clear and heartfelt mission to build a more collaborative and connected healthcare community, one relationship at a time. What began as a small local initiative has evolved into a thriving network with over 20 chapters across Oklahoma and Texas.
Lorena wears many hats business owner, coach, mentor, and strategic consultant. Known for her talent in aligning people with opportunity, she has guided countless professionals and organizations toward growth through meaningful connections and intentional partnerships.
Her passion for service extends beyond business. Lorena has served on many boards and volunteers in her community.
When she’s not mentoring, coaching, or speaking, Lorena and her husband of over 38 years, Kevin, travel in their motorhome living life on the road and sharing their adventures across the U.S.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No it has not been a smooth road.
Some of the struggles I have encountered is how to keep a networking group for dwindling.
There are so many networking groups, I have to always keep things fresh and new.

My work centers on helping professionals expand their influence, strengthen partnerships, and grow with purpose through authentic connection.
What I’m Known For
I’m known as a go-to resource—someone who finds solutions, opens doors, and connects the right people at the right time. “I can’t” simply isn’t part of my vocabulary. If there’s a way to help, I will find it. People trust me because I show up consistently, lead with integrity, and genuinely care about the success of others.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
Goodness, I usually don’t talk about myself so this is difficult. I just truly know that I have a gift for connecting people to the needs that they are looking for.
