

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jocelyn Gambles.
Jocelyn, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I am a product of a single parent home, my life was started with humble beginnings but my mother instilled the importance of perseverance, work ethic, and the belief in God and in self from an early age. I was raised by my mother with my grandmother filling in when needed, in Lubbock, Texas. After graduating High School, I served in the United States Army and obtained a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. While completing the course work for my MBA, it became a dream of mine to become an Entrepreneur. It wasn’t until a life crisis occurred that I stepped out on faith and made it happen.
I’ve built my professional career by leading teams all over the nation for companies such as Target, Frito-Lay, Amazon, Gap, and Bed Bath and Beyond. My day job is an E-Commerce Operations Manager and my life’s dream is to be an Entrepreneur that offers employment opportunities for those that haven’t made the best decisions in their life, but are still worthy at a shot of success and the opportunity to earn a decent living. In my professional career, I’ve been a servant leader and obsessed with providing the best service to customers. This level of servitude has been the foundation of which my cleaning company has been built.
Lottie’s Professional Cleaning Services, LLC was named after my grandmother and was formed in August of 2013 as a secondary income to cover my mother’s Chemo Therapy costs as she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer in March of 2013 and dropped from her insurance 4 months later. Fortunately, we were blessed and she was able to receive treatment with minimum costs until her passing in December of 2013.
Has it been a smooth road?
Of course. There have been challenges & obstacles that have surfaced over the years. However, I would like to think of those challenges as opportunities to grow and learn.
I’m forever grateful for faith, character, and purpose for living being achieved through the most significant obstacle of them all.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Lottie’s Professional Cleaning Services story. Tell us more about the business.
LPCS, LLC serves clients that are moving out of their apartments/homes by providing a deep cleaning and the opportunity of packing and leaving without the hassle of cleaning. Clients have been grateful that they were able to receive the full Security Deposit due to how intricately the apartment was cleaned.
Leasing Managers/Landlords/Real Estate Agents/Contractors are provided with deep cleaning services that result in units being turnkey ready for new tenants.
We focus on home Move Out and In Cleaning Services and utilize all Natural Cleaning Supplies. We offer competitive pricing and flexible appointment times that work for any schedule.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
I foresee the demand for Cleaning Services increasing and remaining sustainable due to Clients being protective of their personal time and valuing services that allow them to get their time back.
