MAXiM Hair Restoration was founded three years ago, to meet the growing needs of men and women concerned about their hair loss. There was a niche or gap in the industry for a provider that was affordable and one that specialized in hair surgery. I had prior experience working with another company and wanted to do it better.
The company has grown rapidly to locations in New York City, Long Island, Dallas, Chicago, Houston, Virginia and Newport Beach, California.

New ventures and expansions are always challenging. Finding the right specialists, hair technicians and staff is not easy.
Also, finding capital for expansion is difficult.
A lot of menial tasks have to be performed by the entrepreneur himself/herself since there is not a large support team.
