Today we’d like to introduce you to Marco Rivera.
Marco, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I always wanted to own my own company. Going through many jobs and finding my niche was the hardest thing to do but once I realized that listening and using critical thinking in any situation was my calling I became a recruiter in the education field wasn’t too bad at it. Fast forward 15 yrs., I began a job at le cordon blue and that gave me the idea that food changes lives for good and bad so I got into the restaurant business and now I own a food truck.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
In the process, I purchased my truck with my life savings to a huge risk got married and divorced and kept my business going as much as I could with the obstacles at hand.

We serve the greater fort worth area we are well known for our TORTA and fries we specialize in authentic Mexican food we are most proud of our satisfied customers and we attempt to make every transaction one That feels like home.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
Serving multiple super targets for their re-grand openings serving their staff and their customers!
