Meet Matt Manero of Commercial Fleet Financing in Carrollton

Today we’d like to introduce you to Matt Manero.

Matt launched Commercial Fleet Financing, Inc. (CFF), in 1995 with a phone, a folding table and the unyielding confidence of a single client, a trucker. By fusing his limited resources with tough-minded personal philosophies on “company culture”, skilling up” and “finding your GRIT,” Matt shaped his thriving businesses and he is willing and eager to share his experiences with others.

Fast forward 22 years and CFF has funded over $1 billion in transportation equipment with annual business of over $100 million.  CFF has served more than 10,000 clients and has become one of the largest independently owned transportation equipment finance companies in America.  CFF is a 4-time recipient of Inc. Magazine’s fastest growing companies in America and a 3-time recipient of the Dallas 100 fastest growing companies in Texas.

His companies have been highlighted in publications such as Inc. Magazine, Dallas Business Journal, Overdrive Magazine, Fleet Owner, Transport Topics, Commercial Carrier Journal, and Dealer Solutions Magazine.

Matt authored his first book, “THE GRIT”, in 2015 and his second book, “YOU NEED MORE MONEY,” will be released in March of 2018 by Penguin/Random House. He has hosted the nationally syndicated weekly radio show called THE GRIT and currently hosts his weekly podcast cast called, YOU NEED MORE MONEY.  Matt’s message of “complacency will kill you”, makes him a sought after speaker at major associations, conventions and corporation gatherings. Matt has been a featured TEDx speaker, and is a highlighted speaker within Worldwide Speakers Group and for Vistage Group, the world’s leading advisory and executive coaching organization.

Matt lives in Dallas, TX and he and his wife Rokki have been married for 19 years.  They have 3 wonderful boys, John 16, Jack 13 and Julian 12.
