Today we’d like to introduce you to Mecca Bailey.
Mecca, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I started broadcasting “Facebook Live” from my patio in 2016, teaching sex education. Then, I got an offer from Fuzion World Radio and Fishbowl Radio Network to start my own podcast Radio Show. Now, I am independent, sponsored by my own brand, Intrigue Curiosity, teaching the taboos of sex. I also wrote a poetry book about the taboos of sex called: Sultry Poetry.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Like any brand that’s up-and-coming, you have to learn the tricks and trades of your field. I have over 160 hours of college credits. My show time on Wednesday is from 9 to 12 a.m. and advertising price 2,400.00 12 months. Psychology was one of my many majors. It was very easy for me to learn the equipment in broadcasting procedures over the airwaves. The only struggles were putting my team together because it is hard to find hard-working, dedicated individuals. I am very grateful for my old team and grateful for my new team. Overall, it has been a fantastic journey!

Mecca Bears Honeycomb Hideout broadcast live every Wednesday 9 to 12 p.m., Friday 8 to 11 p.m. and Saturday 6 to 9 p.m. on spreaker.com (https://www.spreaker.com/user/mecca.bears.honeycomb.hideout). Myself, Mecca Bailey (Mecca Bear), and my co-host, Brandon Larkin (B Lark Da One And Only), teaches the taboos of sex to married couples, those who are dating, even those who are single. We are here to give you sex education Urban Style! I am known for being straight raw uncut and funny as hell! DFW calls me the female Howard Stern. I am most proud of the thousands of emails from couples letting me know how I’ve helped them inside and out of the bedroom. I’m proud of how my supporters let me know that I teach them something new every Broadcasting. What sets me apart from the rest I keep an open mind on the actual facts that I present to my listeners. I give artists of all types, whether it’s hip hop, R&B, country, reggae, reggaeton, even rock, a platform to get their music heard uncensored when is pertaining to sexuality all over the world. I give businesses of all types a platform to run their business ads; to be heard all over the world as well. I also love giving away prizes to spice up the bedroom. And I’m always passing out free condoms to teenagers and adults for them to practicing safe sex. Our motto at Mecca Bears Honeycomb Hideout is: SAFE.SANE.CONSENSUAL.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
I define success as completing your passion and your goals; that success conquering what you speak into existence. Meaning incorporating “The Laws of Attraction”, you can do anything you put your mind to. I am living proof; just check out my book “Sultry Poetry.” The criteria that I look out for is to continue to give the world sex education in a funny, fun fact, uncensored manner. I love what I do! I love the feedback that I get! That’s being successful when knowing that I’ve taught the world how to love, live, and have great sex, LOL!
