Hi Melanie, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
In 2022 I got scammed by somebody who called they self my kids’ god mama; she was supposed to help get me & my family a house.
In February of this year, we got evicted due to us thinking we was about to move, I been homeless with my two kids, parents & my two sisters since Feb 15th to be exact.
In March, I took a “apartments” class, and it’s been UP ever since just moved in our apartment & it’s all by the grace of God.
Moral of the story is don’t trust everybody & never give up!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not really some days are slow, and sometimes earning others’ trust is hard.
