Today we’d like to introduce you to Michelle Carter-Love.
Women Have Infinite Power (WHIP) was created in hopes to provide a platform for women to empower, network and create a more cohesive understanding on how women are perceived politically, economically and socially. The motivation behind (WHIP) is in response to the current negative perceptions women are faced with on a daily basis involving advancement, respect and serving in leadership positions.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It hasn’t been a smooth road from its inception. My challenge is getting women engaged and involved collectively to share ideas and experiences for the advancement of women. One obstacle I have experienced thus far would be my lack of notoriety in this arena.
Women Have Infinite Power (WHIP) – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Women Have Infinite Power (W.H.I.P) is an organization comprised of influential business owners, entrepreneurs, and executive women who come together to inspire and teach others how to own and lead on their level of expertise. We partner with women in various business industries to mentor and educate women on the ‘how-tos’: 1) elevate your thinking, 2) change the perception of how women are viewed in business, political, and economic arenas and 3) increasing our power politically and economically. Our events are catered specifically for women by promoting opportunity to advance to prominent positions of authority.
We Do This in Two Ways:
· Creating a unique woman- to- woman dialogue to achieve a higher level of success with a cohesive operation that works hand in hand for the common goal for all women.
· Using a woman’s perspective and opportunities to own, lead and manage are essential pieces to achieving an equal playing field of power to lead is our ultimate goal.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success is not a destination, but the road that we have chosen. For me, being successful means that you are working hard, walking the walk and talking the talk- every day. You can only live your dream by doing what it takes to get wherever it is that you want to go.
My criteria for success is to be deliberate every day in completing each goal you have set for yourself. My markers are the completed check marks on my daily goal list which measures my success by the minute, hour and day. This helps me to remain focused and on track to monitor how close I am to my mark.

I think this is wonderful…my thought process in relation to the empowerment of Women has and always is this: and its the same with structures designed to enhance Men and young Brothers….what is it that WHIP desires to share, teach, for lack of a better word, or engage, if you will, with MEN, in terms of making this significant shift in society in other words how then is the progress being measured? I ask the same question of myself as I try to influence that mindset of young men…there has to be a way to uniformly merge at some point the missions’ effectiveness and movement otherwise for me it seems I don’t know , I just wonder if it is as effective in the long haul more than just a pep rally, with all due respect to both of us Men and Women…we are all that are here, then there are the animals…so at some point…the coming together to exchange on a higher and or humanistic survival level is eminent or am I tripping…..I love this Michelle Carter Love….I pray nothing but the very best for this movement and its components.
