Today we’d like to introduce you to Mike Hamill Jr. and Jaime Rodriguez.
Jaime Rodriguez and Mike Hamill have been tattooing for a combined 23 years in Dallas and surrounding areas. We have always enjoyed each other’s work as are styles are very similar. One day we decided to meet up for dinner to discuss opening up a shop together. Six weeks later, which was way faster than either of us expected, we were tattooing in our very own Supernova Tattoo Studio.
Has it been a smooth road?
Honestly, I’ve heard many horror stories about opening your own business. Was this stressful? Yes, but it was the best kind of stress one could have. We really don’t think it could have gone any smoother than it did. That’s what a good partnership and some teamwork will do for you!

Supernova Tattoo Studio is located in Forney Texas 30 minutes east of Dallas. We currently have five very well rounded artists who specialize in all tattoo categories. Whatever it is you’re wanting we have an artist that will suit your needs. What we’re most proud of in our company is our following and continued support of current and past clients along with the community of Forney. What sets us apart from others is not our high-quality work but we pride ourselves in customer service. No rockstar attitudes in this establishment!

Forney is a growing community which is always a great thing! A dislike would be that for the time being it is still considered a small town.
