Meet Monique Jeter of MoeTivate Your Womb in Dallas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Monique Jeter.

Monique, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
MoeTivate Your Womb was an unplanned business. In 2017, I developed fibroid tumors, ovarian cysts, and later had two blood transfusions. After being told to have a hysterectomy and contemplating leaving this earth to be relieved from the pain emotionally and physically, a beautiful sistah introduced me to self-care healing herbs and yoni steaming. From there, I became a certified vaginal steam facilitator to educate all women on uterine health, its benefits from using natural herbs, and let all know we don’t have to suffer in silence anymore. So, here I am!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My journey has been all but smooth and I appreciate every moment of my journey. In this present time, I still sometimes suffer from fibroid tumors symptoms and emotions can get rough but then I remember all the women I’m pushing for that may not have my strength or support.

Please tell us more about your work, what you are currently focused on and most proud of.
I promote natural herbs for herbal bath, herbal tea, and yoni steam for uterine health and womb cleansing. The herbs will also assist to reduce symptoms for fibroid tumors, ovarian cysts, endometriosis and PCOS. If one doesn’t have any of the listed symptoms, it will be strictly self-pampering.

I’m very proud of the response I’m receiving not only from women but men also. I recently started a movement called “Men Need Love Too Sunday” to show love and appreciation to men that fight through mental health daily.

What sets me apart from others is I have been through or going through what many faces daily. I don’t just sell herbs, I tell my story through my business.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
The proudest moment of my career so far is that I placed my first health class on Eventbrite, Moe’s Uterine Health Class, and immediately got an overload of responses from different states. Places I had no idea people knew about me and my business.

I’m still in shock but overwhelmed with joy.
