Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Hello!
We are a family owned Dental Office serving Frisco and the surrounding areas for the last 8 years. After working as Dental Associates for 5 years for practices across DFW seeing 40-50 patients a day both Dr. Ali and I decided to open our own office so we could offer a more personalized care to our patients. PLUSH Dentistry was created keeping that in mind. Every effort was made during construction to create a serene space for anxious patients. We offer private treatment suites, Massage dental chairs, aroma therapy, noise cancelling headphones phones, over head TVs, nitrous oxide sedation and weighted blankets so patients can be at ease during treatments.
We see 1 patient at a time and reserve enough time to understand patient concerns and goals. Our private treatment rooms allow patients to open up about their apprehensions and discuss them comfortably.
We offer General Dentistry for all age groups. We also offer Cosmetic Dentistry which includes but not limited to Veneers, Bonding, White Spot treatments, Implants and Dentures.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Any Start Up Business has its challenges but you learn along the way and grow as business owners. Frisco is a competitive area but we realized that patients come for you. They come where they feel safe, heard and cared for. Focusing on those aspects has helped us grow through any challenges that came our way. Over the years our Office has grown from 2 chairs to a fully functional 5 chair office. Internal referrals and word of mouth have been our biggest strengths. We also use social media to show our cases , our office environment so patients can feel confident when choosing us.

We as a brand are proud of providing a safe and serene environment for our patients were our goal is for them to comfortably seek preventive dental care for life.
What sets us apart is the time we spend with each patient. We reserve our time to see 1 patient at a time. We also have specialists that come to our office to place implants and wisdom teeth surgeries under sedation. Our office offers general dentistry as well as Cosmetic Procedures such as Veneers.
We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
Coming from a non business background I feel opening a Start Up in a highly competitive area was a huge risk. It is very expensive to open a Dental Office as equipment, lab costs and material costs have all gone up over the years. But at the end of the day when you see your small office thriving, being able to support staff, being able to care for thousands of patients it all is worth it
