I started my real estate career out of a desperate need for something more in my life! I knew I loved helping people, I knew that I wanted a career I could be proud of, and I knew that Real Estate was an industry my family had been in for years. So I thought, why not give it a shot? So I studied hard and passed my Real Estate exam the very first time I took it, and off I went! I joined Keller Williams immediately and received the best training available! My focus was and will always be on taking care of the people I love! I started my business by helping my friends buy their first homes, then I helped their families move and on to friends of the family and it just kept rolling from there. I pride myself in building a business that is now 100% Referral Based! When I help people I truly care about, it makes this career one worth having. And because of that, I am blessed to say I absolutely love what I get to do everyday! Real Estate is my passion because people are my passion!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
From the start of my career to where I am now has not been all sunshine and rainbows! Building a business is very hard work and I have learned so much along the way! As an agent, I am responsible for guiding my clients through the biggest investment they likely will ever make! Not everyone gets the house they have their mind set on and not every listing gets sold to the first buyer that writes an offer. Life happens, situations change, and the unpredictability of the real estate market can be hard to navigate. Because I am so close to my clients, I feel that pain right along with them! I only want the best for them, and it pushes me to work harder than anyone else would on my client’s behalf!

Most people know me by my hashtag #NaomiJonesSellsHomes. Because that is exactly what I do! I have a strong team of real estate professionals behind me so I can be the full service professional my clients deserve! I always say “If you’ve got a question, I have the answer. And if I don’t, I know someone who does!” I am most proud of being a part of so many success stories! Clients who are growing their families and need more room, I get to sell their starter home and help them purchase the home they will raise their children in! Clients who never thought they could afford to buy a home, I get to hold their hands through credit repair and purchasing the home of their dreams. Clients who built enough equity in their home to finally downsize and retire with their earnings, I get to sell their home for top dollar so they can do that! This is what it’s all about to me! Playing a pivotal role in the lives of my clients makes me so very proud! What sets me apart is that my clients are not just another transaction to me!
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
I believe my ability to understand my client’s needs and turn them into something tangible and attainable is a big part of my success! I will dig through the trenches to get my clients what they need and then negotiate to get them the best price possible! I believe that I have the will and the drive to do these things because I care so deeply for the clients I serve.
