Today we’d like to introduce you to Natasha Nash.

Natasha, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Growing up, styling hair was always a passion of mine. I styled any and everybody’s hair that would let me. It wasn’t until I was an adult that I realized I could get paid to do what I love. It’s not called work when you get paid to do what you would do for free.

As a hairstylist, educator, healthy haircare advocate, and beauty advisor, I can honestly say it doesn’t feel like work. I service two communities, Arlington, Texas and Mesquite, Texas, specializing in healthy hair relaxed or natural, precision cuts and exotic styles. Professionally licensed since 2000, I enjoy working with clients to create individual styles. A master of my craft, I am always experienced in the latest techniques and I am constantly working on innovative methods to push the boundaries of modern hair design to expand my artistic ability. So, whether you want a relaxer, classic cut/color or a funky leading edge style, you will definitely have a pleasant experience and a fresh hairstyle that fits your individual lifestyle.

With continual education from the elite, I have studied and traveled, expanding my skills and knowledge with some of the industry’s top professionals. I have also worked and acquired a license in three different states Texas, Arkansas, and Tennessee. “It is such a Blessing to be able to do something that I truly love doing for a living and it is my passion to help people look and feel great.”

Has it been a smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road at all. I can say that some of the struggle is my fault, considering I relocated from Texas to Arkansas from there to Tennessee then back to Texas having to rebuild a clientele each time. I wouldn’t change any of it. Rebuilding a clientele has kept me on my toes with learning new marketing techniques utilizing social media and other avenues.

I am a hairstylist, educator, healthy haircare advocate, and beauty advisor. I service two communities, Arlington, Texas and Mesquite, Texas. I specialize in healthy hair relaxed or natural, precision cuts and exotic styles. Professionally licensed since 2000, I strive to give my clients modern and stylish looks that complement their lifestyle and personality, effortlessly and beautifully. I am dedicated to servicing my clients and offering the latest and most advanced methods in colors, cuts, treatments and extensions that support the condition and texture of each individual’s hair.

I constantly evaluate hair products on the market and only use the best products with proven results. I carry professional hair products that my clients can buy to maintain that salon perfect look. My philosophy is to make sure every customer is beautiful, happy, and satisfied when she leaves my salon. I listen to what my clients want, give my recommendations based on my professional expertise, and work with my clients to achieve the look they desire.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Yes, I do feel like our city is a good place for the beauty industry and I would definitely recommend that someone gets their career started here.
