Hi Nate, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started in real estate in 2020, working in property management. I enjoyed the work, but knew I wanted more. Thats when I decided to get my real estate license! From there I found an amazing mentor that I worked under for a year. He showed me the ropes, and how to operate a successful real estate business. For the past two years I have been implementing all the strategies that I learned over that year! Now I have sold just over 5m this year!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not a smooth road. In real estate, every deal is different. I am constantly learning new things with each transaction. I am lucky to have found a mentor who has been in the business, and helped prevent some of the growing pains that a lot of agents have in their first year.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
I see the industry changing for sure. My predication over the next 5-10 years is that sellers and buyers will rely more and more on agents that are exceptional at their job. This is one of the reasons that I push so hard to deliver excellent service for all my clients. The expertise that a great agent can bring is invaluable. I work tirelessly to continue to improve my skills and widen my network. This way I am able to provide top notch service for all of my clients.
