Meet Noor Atiyah

Today we’d like to introduce you to Noor Atiyah. 

Hi Noor, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
As a pharmacy student, one of my favorite things to do was study in different coffee shops in Austin. I quickly grew to love the coffee community and knew after my training I wanted to be more than just a consumer. Rose flavors are very popular in Arab cuisine and incredible in coffee, but very difficult to find in most places. 

The Rose Coffee Cart is the marriage between my love for coffee and obsession with rose flavors. 

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has not been smooth, but I am so grateful for all I have learned and the people I’ve met along the way. 

Crafting a perfect latte is equal parts science (who knew I’d be learning about chemistry again?) and art. I decided to work part-time as a barista to get more hands-on experience (hello 14-hour workdays!), learned how to design and optimize a website, spent countless hours learning about different grinders and espresso machines, and so much more. I had to learn how to improvise quickly when things didn’t go as planned and lean on my family and community when I the help I needed was beyond what I could do.

Our state-of-the-art equipment allows us to prepare perfectly crafted lattes, however you and your guests like them. Our menu includes a wide selection of hot and iced drinks, flavors, and milks to enjoy. We sling spro’ with a smile on our face and love placing a deliciously crafted latte in your hand. Our team works closely with you to ensure our coffee cart shows up the way you want. Whether it’s the look of our cart, the menu sitting on top, or the cup we place in hand, we are able to customize any and all to make your coffee experience what you wish it to be. From our locally sourced espresso beans, delicious syrups, and skilled baristas, we are here to curate a craft coffee experience to remember! 

As a woman-owned business, we donate five percent of all proceeds to organizations that are committed to empowering, advancing, and supporting women in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. We are delighted to be able to combine our love for serving the local community with our love for coffee!
