Meet Philip Vann Jr of iFix in Carrollton

Today we’d like to introduce you to Philip Vann Jr.

Philip, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I first started this business in 2010 a few years after the first iPhone was launched, driving around a lifted Ford fx4 that I had wrapped to start my mobile phone repair business, iFix! My Business continued to grow tremendously over the years and so did my skills in both phone and electronic repair. I would drive to my customers homes, offices, places of work, coffee shops, malls anywhere pretty much to meet my customers at the upmost convenience to them so they could get their devices repaired and back in their hands fast. I began fixing pretty much anything that plugged into the wall that people wanted repaired! As we continued to grow I knew I needed to have a physical presence in the area for local people to come in for their comfort as well as have a drop off location. That’s when we chose Carrollton, which was the center of our customer base to place our iFix repair center! It’s been a wonderful challenge that we thank God for every day! We meet new amazing people, and get to be their hero of the day by repairing what once was a damaged device to a working and looking like new one again! We take pride in our work, and have fixed thousands of devices, TVs, computers, iPad, ipods you name it we fix it!

Has it been a smooth road?
Like any business it has been an amazing roller coaster ride with many obstacles that we have overcome! There have been difficult repairs, but nothing that we could not find a solution to! In the beginning, we had customers that would call and schedule an appointment to get their device repaired and a few would not make the appointment nor answer their phone, but we persevered and went on to the next one! Then there was trying to open the ifix physical location and there was a-lot of construction that took a while but we helped out grabbed a hammer and made our deadline to open!

iFix is a Cell phone & Electronics repair company. We repair all smartphones, tablets, computers, TVs from broken screens and LCDs to software and water damage issues! We take pride in our repairs, carefully diagnosing each individual device and repairing like we would want our device repaired! We love our customers and they love us just as much!

The best part about our city is the diversity of people and businesses in the area! The least liked thing in our city would have to be the daily traffic and construction that always seems to arise!
