Today we’d like to introduce you to Quanda Bagley.
Quanda, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Well originally, I started my brand & aspirations in 2013, as I’ve always shared a desired passion for fashion & all that involves it. After many years of procrastination, waiting for the right time & opportunity, working full-time & handling the daily demands of my primary career of many years in the Banking & Finance Industry, 2021 it was time to take a leap of faith. It was this year and moment I realized, “Q. it will never be a such thing as the right or perfect time to start your business, just get started and things will come together and fall in place as you go & grow “. So here I am, 2021 …. “Styled •By•Q a fashion & stylist brand.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Definitely, my own procrastination has played a major part of starting my business & wanting to perfect everything ‘til now starting over but having a more consistent mind frame to keep going and stay focused. Building a brand/business is something that people take pride in & you want to give it your all. Struggles are going to always come but it’s all about staying the course & moving forward in handling them as they come.

My overall profession for 20yrs has been in Sr. Leadership, VP in the Banking & Finance Industry for Retail & Commercial Banking. Through that timeframe, I’ve been able to lead & manage several financial institution offices within Dallas/Fort Worth. Sales, relationship management & community activist (as it relates to business) has always been my niche in working with & helping different clientele & their financial needs rather personal or business & commercial owners.
My passion is “Styled • By • Q”, as a fashion stylist providing Professional & Personal styling services for women, men, families, business branding shoots, special events, & closet revamping. I love the fact that I have the ability with my brand services to make someone look & feel good about themselves, just by adding to or changing your sense of style. This relates to the mommy makeovers, the Professional who needs to be styled for a job interview or executive meetings, the person that just rarely has time to shop or even the ideal of it, and the person who just wants to feel special by changing their image. After the last year & a half of sadness, severe depression, loss of loved ones, loss of financial stability & jobs, people’s lively-hood, in general, the world has experienced amongst the unforeseen pandemic, I want to know that my brand can still help to put a smile on people’s face by making them look & feel good.
I’m most proud of my dedication & hard work put forth to accomplish some of my set goals & dreams of passion all while being under 40 and yet I still have much more to do.
What’s next?
My plan is to continue to build my brand and grow my business while creating a place of freedom for me in doing the things I love & what makes me happy.
Hopefully, as “2022” approaches, I look forward to collaborating with other fashion & beauty brands for any of their styling needs & services.
