So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I started my business 25 years ago. I had knowledge of design and construction and a business management degree from Texas Christian University. I invested in quality materials and tools and began working. My business grew through referrals and social media.
Through hard work, I was able to grow my business and the areas I serve. I believe in taking care of my clients by meeting and exceeding their needs. We are thankful for the clients we have cultivated and continue to grow our clientele.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There have been struggles along the way. Some of the struggles we experienced were with the state of the economy itself and people having enough disposable income to invest in their homes and businesses. Finding the right people for the jobs has also, at times, been a challenge.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Davinci’s Design & Remodel – what should we know?
DaVinci’s Design and Remodel is a full-service remodeling company. We work with clients to design, build, remodel, and repair homes and businesses. We are known for providing above and beyond service with honesty and integrity. I am most proud of the relationships we have developed with our clients many of whom are repeat customers. We treat each customer as though they are our only customer, and the owner still visits the job sites several times per day.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
Honesty, integrity, and fair prices are most important to our success. I believe the support of my family has also contributed greatly to our success.
