Thanks for sharing your story with us, Regarien. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
As an adolescent I’ve always had a passion for technology, audio/video, multimedia and electronics. Being able to grow that passion into use that both serves purpose for me as well as others from what was once only a hobby is what keeps me going.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has definitely been a few challenges along the way… So many to list. I’ve always been an avid learner through the whole ‘trial and error’ method. Over time I realized the better tools and equipment I used the more efficient and successful I came out being. In a lot of cases, that old saying is true, “you do actually get what you pay for”. Never be afraid to invest I yourself!
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Ideal Installations – what should we know?
Ideal Installation is an AV/Multimedia and tv mounting installation company. Our goal is to provide satisfactory installs towards one’s conception of what is most suitable for their homes, business, and lifestyles. Clients come up with the idea and we install! We specialize in the installation and mounting of everything from tvs, to projectors, to security systems, to cameras, theatre/media room work, surround sound systems, ring doorbells, various low voltage electrical installs (ceiling fans, wall outlets, light fixtures etc.) hanging shelfs, pictures, and more all in both commercial and residential settings.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
Future plans for Ideal Installation consist of us networking with realtors and many companies that we buy our equipment and tools from to establish a relationship and partnership. We are now in the process of buying a lot of our equipment wholesale and are planning on selling our own brand of tv mounting brackets and more in the near future.
