Today we’d like to introduce you to Revd Ikpenwosa Aiho Tobor.
So, before we jump into specific questions, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Divine Eagles Ministries started in July 2015 in Dover, PA. The Lord gave the vision in April of 2014 while attending Bible school in Maryland. It was clear and direct from Ezekiel 2::2-3 “The Spirit came into me as he spoke, and he set me on my feet. I listened carefully to his words. 3 “Son of man,” he said, “I am sending you to the nation of Israel, a rebellious nation that has rebelled against me. They and their ancestors have been rebelling against me to this very day.” Revd Ikpenwosa Aiho Tobor founded the ministry. And her husband, Dr. John O. Tobor, and son Anthony S. Tobor support her. The mission to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning. The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. The Bible is the final authority.
We recently celebrated five years of the faithfulness of God. The ultimate goal is to see many people come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ through the word of love, faith, and grace. Through all obstacles of life, we have remained patient for the full manifestation of the glory of God.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been a smooth road to the glory of God. There has been only great. We depend on the Holy Spirit for guidance and direction in all that we do. We understood from the beginning the process of growing a ministry. Patience has been the keyword for the manifestation of great. It is a journey, and we take it one day at a time.
Please tell us about Divine Eagles Ministries.
The ministry’s goal is to transform lives by sharing Christ’s love through the teaching and the preaching of the word of God. We relocated to the Dallas area in December of 2016. Daughters of Esther charity provides food and provisions for widows and orphans. The hour of power prayer line caters to the needs of women.
What sets us apart from other ministries is that we genuinely care and love all people. We are called to different creeds of people from diverse cultural background. Jesus loves all and serves all. Jesus loved all and served all, we also do the same. We are most proud most of the lives impacted by the ministry in general. Testimonies of healings, deliverance from oppression and members have been financially set free from evil. These testimonies impact the community. We share our messages on our website.
In Faith Healing Chapel we hold meetings on Sunday 10 AM-12 Noon, Wednesday 7-8:30 PM, Thursday Night Prayers 712-770-4087 access code 859307#, Friday Prayer Revival and Bible study 7-8:30 PM. Come and fellowship with us.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
The most important quality to our success is relying on the wisdom and leadings of the Holy Spirit. As a faith-based ministry, we are led and we follow the required steps necessary for growth. Integrity, discipline, consistency and trustworthiness.
