Today we’d like to introduce you to Rikki Rincon.
Rikki, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Spanning over several decades, my career has allowed me to work in so many diverse capacities as a publicist, media relations specialist, digital strategist, social media management, artist management, stage production management, sales, talent booking and music programming.
My digital creative and marketing company, Creative Juice Online focuses on the growing evolution of digital communications for companies in areas of social media platform, integration, amplification of their brand and message. Most recently I have started a new joint venture in artificial intelligence marketing in over 150 countries.
After several years from a meeting with Miriam Marsh Sifutentes, CEO of BellaGeneration Hair System, where I was informed a new vegan, organic, cruelty-free, all in one women’s shampoo was being created, I was offered a partner/equity opportunity to head the Digital | Events area as Vice-President of the company. We are based in Addison, Texas as I work remotely everywhere I travel. I handle day to day operations in areas of all things digital, from social media, website creative, blog, media, celebrity, influencer relations to planning and execution of events nationwide.
My past community involvement includes time as Entertainment Chair with St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital Annual Gala in Dallas, Texas and Noche de Navidad/ Navidad En El Barrio, two major causes close to his heart that affect children both locally and worldwide. Most recent, I am a Co-Founder of the Brighter Generation Foundation, a non-profit organization that seeks to help ad serve homeless children and foster youth as well. Other past commitments include service in the United States Marines Corps Reserve.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Success comes at a price and one that is worth investing in when passion takes over the idea of “working”. It has not been a smooth road but a very educational one. I can honestly say the struggles along my path I most encountered has been the mediocrity that resides with so many that say they “want success” but not willing to go 1000% in. Success is not an overnight experience, it is an evolving one with the right team to learn from and grow. You learn to keep .your team small and very experienced while growing in a very qualitative fashion. Learning how to properly time to manage and being a uber multitasker is vital to the success of any entrepreneur.
Please tell us about BellaGeneration Hair System – what is it?
BellaGeneration Hair System is a 4 level, 2 in 1, vegan, polyethnic and cruelty-free hair care company with a mission to unlock nature’s potential to deliver solutions that improve the quality of hair. We have an original vegan formula for all hair textures. Our Level 1 is for straight hair, Level 2 for wavy hair, Level 3 for curly hair and Level 4 for kinky coil hair texture. We also have a leave-in revitalizer for extra conditioning.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
Perfection is the goal of all client projects and our own product delivery. Not accepting mediocrity on any level and follow-through has been vital to our success. Never assuming any project is not without perfecting. We are always pushing ourselves to remain ahead and in a very general market fashion.
