Today we’d like to introduce you to Rockmond Leach.

Rockmond, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
The body of Christ received a gift from God when Pastor Rockmond Leach was born. Therefore, it was by Divine appointment that he followed in the footsteps of his grandfather Reverend Julius L. Leach when he acknowledged his call into ministry at an early age.

Although he was raised in Tyler, Texas under an extremely strict Pentecostal traditional system, he somehow escaped the limitations of tradition to widen his spiritual parameters to reach people of varied backgrounds and cultures. His Mother Evangelist Seleria N. Stinnette Leach, along with the diversity of his five siblings probably helped a great deal. “If I could reconcile and keep peace among us, I can reconcile the Church through the power of God.”

Pastor Leach’s’ ministry uniquely promotes reconciliation and redemption, which definitely crosses denominational and social lines. His God-given anointing to preach and teach from a psychological-theological platform opposed to arguing philosophical-theological church issues has strengthened and encouraged the faith of people across the globe.

His intellectual, scriptural approach, and his intense oratorical style stimulates the intellect of people on all levels of life. Many hail his method as “being practical, yet powerful” while penetrating the hardest of hearts, captivating the attention of the restless and convincing the confused that God is able to save anybody.

Pastor Rockmond Leach articulates a strong statement that offers the only real choice to the problems of the day – salvation through Jesus Christ. While reflecting on the idea that religion seemed to offer no real relevance to the changing climate of the times, he founded Rockmond Leach Ministries. The primary focus of this ministry is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through the Word via media resources.

With a strong love for the youth within the Terrell inner city, and years of experience as an accomplished musician, In 2009 Rockmond Leach founded Dominion & Power Interdenominational Choir. DP has become known for their excellence in unique vocal arrangements, and their cutting edge choreography. Saturdays at 12 noon at Nation of Faith Church, became the place for young people in Terrell, Texas to be, because of Dominion & Power’s choir rehearsals. The membership grew to over 50 in under a month.

Rockmond Leach is a highly sought after motivational empowerment speaker. Often asked to minister at conferences, revivals, seminars, etc… He travels the country year-round ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ. Rockmond also hosts leadership training seminars where he specializes in training today’s leaders for tomorrows world.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been a smooth road. Between raising a family and mentoring teens, it became a challenge. Many of the young men that I would mentor wouldn’t have a father in their home. If their mothers were out of control, it would cause major difficulties when mentoring their sons.

Please tell us more about your story. What do you do? What do you specialize in? What sets you apart from the competition?
I am an author and impact speaker, radio show host, who specializes in reconciliation and redemption. My message definitely crosses denominational and social lines. My methods are categorized as “being practical, yet powerful” while penetrating the hardest of hearts, captivating the attention of the restless and convincing the confused that God is able to save anybody.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
I define success personally though seeing lives changed. I never forget where people are in life when I first meet them. This allows me to personally measure the growth through the cultivation that my message provides. For me, cultivate means to bring out the very best. This is what the intentions of the gardener are in the garden. He provides the necessary tools and nourishment for maximum potential to be reached.
