Meet Rogers Healy of Healy Property management

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rogers Healy. Them and their team share their story with us below:

In 2008, Rogers Healy started Healy Property Management – a sister company to his real estate brokerage, Rogers Healy and Associates. He started a property management extension to basically service his client’s needs. The driving factor to the success of the company and standing out amongst competition is that it is property management, PERSONALIZED to whatever the owners’ needs are. Some owners are very hands-on while others are very hands-off. Most property management companies want to stick to their ways and they don’t adapt, Healy Property Management gets to know the client and works for them and their personalized needs.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
We solve problems all day, that is what we do and that is what we are good at A struggle for an owner is something that we specialize in. So, we truly see struggles as our day-to-day duties. All lead to helping others and growing our brand and business.

We’ve been impressed with Healy Property management, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
In 2008, Rogers Healy founded Healy Property Management, a Dallas-Fort Worth-based residential property management firm. HPM’s mission is to make investment property ownership as stress-free and lucrative as possible for our clients. The philosophy of our company is to manage your property professionally, economically, and efficiently. Our extensive experience in managing properties has enabled us to focus on core issues of importance to every property owner. We do more than manage rental properties, we take care of the people who own them, as well as the people who live in them.

The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
Throughout Covid-19 we have seen really lenient policies, judges, and foundations come out of the woodwork. We’ve worked closely with Texas Rent Relief, Dallas County Relief, and others that help tenants with their struggles during the pandemic. We definitely see and sympathize with struggling tenants, whether it be working to pay their rent, unable to pay their rent with the inflation prices, or even having difficulties managing their property has a whole.
