Meet Ronnie Enns of Happy Trailer Sales

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ronnie Enns.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Ronnie. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started selling trailers back in May of 2013, out of a small portable office building in a small town in northeast Texas called Powderly. Sales picked up later that year, and soon I was able to hire my first employee. By February of 2014, we opened our second dealership location in Greenville, TX, about 30 minutes east of Dallas. For the next two years, we focused on opening three locations in West Texas, Now in 2017, we are opening our second DFW location in Palmer, TX, for a total of six dealership locations in Texas. Our company has grown exponentially each year, and we’re very thankful for each and every customer.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Opening a business in today’s economy is never easy, but we’ve been very blessed. As a business that is growing quickly, it’s tough to keep up with everything, and we are always short on time. One of the biggest problems we face when opening new dealership locations is complying with city regulations, as most big cities don’t want a trailer dealership inside city limits.

At Happy Trailer Sales, we guarantee the best value on a new trailer. We focus on higher volume, with less profit per trailer. Our sales staff is very knowledgeable about the products we sell, and we make the buying experience quick and easy. We treat every customer the way we would like to be treated, and we get a lot of repeat business from our ‘Happy’ customers!

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
After we finish up the new locations we’re opening in 2017, I’m looking forward to improving each location so that we can provide a better experience for our customers. I don’t foresee any major changes, but I believe it’s important to constantly evolve to stay ahead of the competition.
