Meet Ryan Ebersole of Bray Real Estate Group

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ryan Ebersole

Hi Ryan, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was born near Houston in Sugarland and then moved to The Woodlands for a short time. After about a year, my family relocated to Round Rock, near Austin, where I spent the rest of my school years (3rd grade through high school). I graduated from Round Rock High School and went on to attend Texas A&M University, earning a degree in Business Management in May 2010.

After college, I moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and worked in sales for an online advertising/marketing company called MultiView. I did well there, but eventually, I had the opportunity to build houses for M/I Homes in The Woodlands/Cypress area, which I pursued for a couple of years. MultiView later reached out with an offer for a higher-paying position which ultimately, brought me back to DFW.

In 2018, I decided to pursue my real estate license, completing my coursework and obtaining my license by the end of the year. After a few successful closings and paying off some debts, I took a leap of faith and transitioned to full-time real estate in May 2019. It’s been the best decision I’ve ever made—I love what I do and the people I work with every day.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I’ve been very blessed with my career in Real Estate. I was able to get my business up and running relatively quickly which was great. That said, I’ve experienced my fair share of challenges as this business is ever changing and there are so many factors that are out of your control. The one thing I can control is the hard work and effort that I put into my business. I truly believe that working hard will pay off as long as you are consistent every single day.

We’ve been impressed with Bray Real Estate Group, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a part of the Bray Real Estate Group which is a Real Estate Brokerage that handles all different types of Real Estate across Texas, Oklahoma, California and Florida. As the Associate Vice President of our Fort Worth office, I am responsible for recruitment, training, mentorship, etc. while growing my own personal Real Estate business and production as well.

I have done a little bit of everything (commercial real estate, farm and ranch, land, etc.) but, my primary focus is on the residential side of things. I’m creeping up on 6 years of being a full-time agent in the DFW area and I truly love what I do. I get to work with some of the most amazing people! Whether it’s helping first time buyers get into their first homes, growing families looking for more space, or empty nesters looking to downsize, I am dedicated to educating my clients while making the home buying/selling process as streamlined and smooth as possible all while negotiating the best deals for them. I have been blessed to serve many families over the years and the hard work and dedication continues to be rewarded through the multiple referrals that I receive from past clients, friends, etc.

What sets me apart is the knowledge and expertise that I have gained throughout my career. I am a very Type A person so I am always striving to be as proactive as possible while keeping the lines of communication open to make sure my clients know exactly what they are getting themselves into. I understand that real estate is typically most people’s largest purchase and/or asset that they possess and I would rather over communicate vs. risk the chance of something slipping through the cracks and/or having questions go unanswered.

How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
I work with several different vendor partners that I know and trust which leads to a better experience for my clients. Whether it be lenders, title companies, inspectors, home insurance reps, or home warranty reps, it is crucial to have people who are going to take care of my clients as well as I would. I treat all of my clients with a high level of integrity and always look out for their best interests regardless if they are my family, friends or someone that I just met.
