Today we’d like to introduce you to Ryan Robinson.
Ryan, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
At a young age, I always had an interest in the entertainment industry and a strong social presence. After high school, I didn’t see myself going to college for anything other than music, which I found to be unnecessary. With the expectation of having my oldest child, I chose to buckle down and start in sales. My first job was a lifeguard and my second job was an aquatic swim coach at LifeTime. I had no clue what I was getting myself into with sales. After discovering that the sales & Marketing industry makes the most 6-7 figure earners, I had the vision of being able to chase my dreams of being an entertainment influencer and a family man. My best friend suggested selling timeshares for SilverLeaf Resorts, so I submitted my application, had the interview, and got the job. Being in event sales, I quickly gained experience as managers and business owners in other industries took notice.
After growing out of the regular routine, I managed a door to door sales team specializing in selling products and services like Direct TV, home security, home audio, and surveillance systems. This quickly taught me a sense of drive and perseverance like no other. This job was 100% commission based and as my son’s due date got closer. I wanted something more stable. I started working for First Convenience Bank located in a Grocery Store, where I enjoyed counting money, learning the banking and financial system, managing accounts, and sparking conversations with grocery shoppers to open new bank accounts. This job is what paved the way for my first apartment and my stand for independence at 18 years old.
On April 16th, 2015, I joined my first MLM as an IBO selling nutraceuticals in Kyani. As a young minority, this was one of the most impacting experiences of my whole career. Network Marketing exposed me to habits, terminology, and common interests that I wouldn’t have sought out on my own. Meetings, lunches, and conferences with multi-millionaires that were in the game for 30+ years. I quickly started redefining myself and soul searching. Friends were no longer a priority. I got into immense competition with myself and this sparked the Direction of my career.
After working in real estate, telecom, financial services, automotive sales, medical, utility & 7 MLMs, I decided to launch my own Brand and Business with so much experience and passion in my previous fields. I couldn’t limit myself to one thing, so I came up with a way to do it all.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Lol, this road has NOT been smooth but has been 100% worth it. Being 24 and a father of three sons, I’ve gone through some very traumatic things in my life that have slowed down my development and growth in this business. From trust and transparency to appreciation. I’ve been through it. There have been times where I’ve dedicated my heart and soul to my work and haven’t gotten paid. It’s been a struggle to keep the legal guidelines to cover myself while still keeping the personal touch sought out by clients. My oldest is five and my youngest is 2, so I’ve missed things in their childhood because of the time I’ve dedicated to my work in hopes of spending more time when they are older.
It’s taken God to work on me and guide me to align with his vision for my family and me while still having the confidence to execute in the best way possible and having faith that God has me covered. In my line of work, I have to pay it forward to the world in order to get the best results. As my business grows, so does my faith for humanity.

One of my most utilized consultation tools over the years has been the Wealth Quadrant; the relationship between Employees, Self Employed Individuals, Business Owners, and Investors. Where Employees spend 95% of the time and gain 5% of cash flow. Investors experience the total opposite. After experience and research, I’ve discovered that the key to wealth is based on the perception, definition, and intent of Self-Employed individuals and business owners. The average self-employed person still spends 95% of their time and receives only 5% of global cash flow, but is 100% responsible for their actions. This is the best/worst position to be in as there is a saying, “If you can’t walk away from your business and it still runs and generates revenue, then it is not a business you are simply self-employed.” The reason why this is good is that self-employed individuals have the most potential for wealth. All that is needed is a business mindset and guidance and in no time, they will be the business owner. Business owners spend 5% of their time and energy and receive 95% of global cashflow while working for hand and hand with investors. Business owners are also in charge of facilitating employees and have the most influential seat in the community. These are our market leaders.
It is OUR mission and my goal to find the BOSS in every individual and bring it out of them by building relationships and solidifying their brand online. Then plug them into all the proper resources that align with the overall objective of that individual. My hopes are to pop some of the best brands and businesses in our community. Creating a team of business owners with the community in mind and doing some awesome shit along the way!
What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I was always interested in music. My most vivid memory is of sitting in the backseat, singing into a brush as a child. Every time I would drop the brush, I would start crying. My grandmother would say I dropped my microphone lol. I have always been into music and artistic expression. Out of my siblings, I was always the most creative one. Out of all of my cousins, I always felt like the black sheep. This is has played mostly into my current introvertive side. I prefer solitude & distraction-free zones.
