I moved to Dallas in 2012 from Atlanta. Originally from Buffalo, NY. I start my credit repair company in 2015 after working for another local credit repair company. I was hospitalized for a major sickness for three days and was speaking to my boss on the phone. My boss’s wife in the background, said, ” He needs to hurry up and get back to work (using other words).” At that point, I made the decision to start my own company and realized how little value I had to them. I was concerned about my life and they were concerned about closing deals.
I started to save money and invest it in laying the foundation for my company. I’ve been running strong ever since. Winning two awards in the metroplex for my company and having an A rating with BBB. Proud to be licensed and bonded and black-owned. We’ve helped over 120 families straighten out their credit to become homeowners.
I’m married and also serve as a minister at my church.
Has it been a smooth road?
The road has not been smooth. I’ve never taken a loan out and choose to also only take on clients we actually can help. Not interested in a money grab. Over the years tried multiple different things to make sure clients got the best results. It was a learning process initially.
The initial struggle was time management. Also find our “niche” type of client. Finding a balance between God, family, and work while remaining ethical at all times.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love the mix of people. It is a melting pot. My wife and I can always find something to do here and it’s also centralized enough for travel. Also, no state tax, lol. What do I like least – not everyone here should have their driver’s license.
