Today we’d like to introduce you to Sheree Smiling.
Sheree, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
A native of Tyler, TX, where my childhood wasn’t the best but it definitely motivated me to want to do and get more out of life. When I was younger, I always dreamed of being a business owner. I could imagine myself in a suit holding a briefcase walking into a meeting as the CEO. I traveled down a few bumpy roads and made some mistakes, but I always knew there was something special about me. While in college I studied Business management concentrating in Marketing. That then was where I really discovered my talent in marketing and branding. I was able to carry that experience into my career in Higher Education for over 12 years.
During that time I had gone through a rough patch in my life and I was still trying to find something that will allow me express myself freely, I wanted the live life on purpose and with purpose. In March of 2017, I was presented with the opportunity to join a new network marketing company, Paparazzi Accessories, which I had no clue what I was getting into. I just knew that I needed freedom of time and financial freedom to be able to experience life from a different scope. I took the leap of faith and deiced to no longer make excuses and I joined as an independent consultant. My goal was so unclear in the beginning until I saw how this opportunity could change my life. I love helping people but this has allowed me to do so much more than that.
I strive to be the biggest example in my children’s life of what a woman should become after making mistakes in life. Years after regaining my independence, strength, self-confidence, and understanding my purpose, I knew there was more to life than what I was living. I have made many of mistakes and grown to learn from them. If my life story can Inspire encourage and be an example to help someone change their life and become a better person, my work will be done. My why is to continue to grow inspire, build confidence, encourage, uplift, and empower the next woman man or child with the success I gain from being the jewelry stylist of East Texas. Paparazzi accessories will allow me to help you change your life for the rest of your life if you just believe in you and your purpose. Don’t ever give up on your dreams and your ability to do great things. You are amazing and you were born to do amazing things!!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
During this path of Entrepreneurship, it has been challenging yet rewarding. It took a lot of scarifies to get to this place in my life. I did realize how much patience is needed to work with so many different people. I also had to understand that many people you know will not consistently support you but there are so many that do not know you who will. People did not believe that I could manage a profitable business but I am currently able to be a full-time entrepreneur. Some said that I wasn’t a great leader or friend. I finally had to be in a headspace to not allow it to affect my growth and progress.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
I personally define success as that one thing that gives you fulfillment and all the desires of your heart. It’s your ability to dream big and push past your fears. Success is you setting goals and taking action to achieve those goals by making it happen with results.
To be successful you have to decide, commit, plan, and take action! Every successful person has a clear vision and understanding of their purpose.
