Today we’d like to introduce you to Shimon Furch.
Shimon, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
My name Shimon means ‘to hear; to gain knowledge of by hearing; listening. That has been my claim to success: being a good listener, and knowing how to take information, process it, and turn it into a beautiful reality. My first priority was my family: personally assisting my husband on his way up, as I tended the nest until it was empty, or thereabouts. Then it was me time – my time. I had many options, and talents to glean from, but my heart and my purpose was always leading me to do something that would make people happy. Then I found my calling: Real Estate!
‘Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.’
In other words, I am helping others achieve the American dream. That makes them happy. And not being totally selfless, I love what I do. Decorating, staging homes, and showing families how they can achieve a profitable outcome is my forte. My life is a blessing. I live it, sleep it, and I do a good job of selling it; Real Estate that is!
Oh, and I make a decent living at it. So what’s next for the girl from Ft. Worth, TX? I’m listening. And whatever God has for me, I accept the promotion!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I’ve been asked how I make my job seem easy so effortlessly. The secret is it’s how God wired me. He knew I could do it. So has it been smooth, no bumps in the road? There will always be obstacles in everything we do. But I accept the challenges.
Please tell us more about your work, what you are currently focused on and most proud of.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
Wow, my favorite childhood memory would be taking Sunday rides after church my Mom sister and me. Going to the car lot and looking at cars imagine owning one of those fancy cars. Then we would make our way to one of best neighborhoods and drive down each street looking at the beautiful home and well-manicured lawn’s. Wow we had the best time some great memories.
