Suzy, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
11 years ago we purchased our first UPS Store in Addison Texas, six months later we purchased our second store and North Dallas at Preston and Beltline. As a UPS store, he believes in excellent customer service supporting an excellent track record of service rendered. Over the last 16 months, we have purchased a small print shop which we placed into the back of the Addison Store that has the capability of printing anything from the smallest business card, postcards, flyers, booklets, to outdoor banners and wide format posters. We enjoyed the creator pursuit that allows us to design and produce for our customers marketing tools or personal printed matter as they may need. From their birthday as they may need. From their birthday invites, to wedding invitations or designing restaurant menus to the more complicated business mail merge addressing marketing tools we can accommodate a printing needs

The UPS Store Addison – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We are family owned business and specialize in shipping and printing. Our other services include mailbox rentals, postal services notaries, shipping with packaging/supplies and digital coping. We are very proud of our printing capabilities that we have managed to produce in the last 16 months with our son Joss, who is the Print Manager. With his background in website design, it was a natural. Along with my husband Bobby and myself 25 years in advertising photography experience that we are able to bring a creative and critical eye to the printing services.
Our capability of one on one personal service for Design and printing suggestions to make your business marketing tools work more efficiently for you and/or personal printing projects finished and delivered on time is an asset and I believe sets us apart from a typical print shop.
