Meet Thanh-Xuan Nguyen of Stone Glen Dental Care in Keller

Today we’d like to introduce you to Thanh-Xuan Nguyen.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
In high school, I was very shy and never smiled much until braces changed my life. After braces, I couldn’t stop showing off my smile and everyone noticed. From that moment, I knew my passion was to help others bring out their best smile.

I had a memorable time attending LSU both for undergrad and Dental School. Both of my freshman years, LSU won the BCS national championship so what a great way to start school, right? After dental school, I continued my education by doing an Implant Restorative Fellowship where I learned how to handle more complicated cases.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Of course…. not. LOL I’ve had many different employers who made me work long hours or not even pay me for a time period, but without those struggle it would not have built the core values I plan to instill in my business. I believe in doing good for others and my success will follow.

As we started this journey building an office, dentistry was the easy part. I didn’t realize all the little aspects that keeps a dental office running. It seems like there is always something that needs to be done. But without my team and support from my family there would be no success so I owe them big time. We have been working hard to bring something unique to the Ft Worth/Keller area.

Please tell us about Stone Glen Dental Care.
I am the main dentist at Stone Glen Dental Care since it open its door in 2012. We are a privately- owned dental office, differentiating ourselves from the corporate dental world by striving to building long-term relationship and providing the highest quality dental care.

At Stone Glen Dental Care, we have a team of doctors including a periodontist and a dental anesthesiologist to provide care in all aspects of dentistry including cosmetic, family, implants, surgery, and emergency dental care.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Nothing, I believe that all the obstacles/struggles that we overcame makes us who we are. It help instill the core value of what I based my practice on, to help other!
