Chris, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Think Cre8tive first started by putting my previous advertising agency knowledge and experience to work for a few small clients. The main goal was to provide cost-effective advertising, marketing, and website design services while providing the highest level of customer service. The problem with our industry is that it is flooded with large agencies with expensive rates and freelancers that are fly-by-night.
My goal was to build an agency from the ground-up that didn’t require expensive rates but provided the same quality (if not better) work as the larger agencies. After starting with a few small clients to get the agency started, we quickly had to expand our service offerings to meet the demand of clients. We are currently 6 years in and continue to grow each year. The majority of our business comes from referrals, which is the highest form of compliment one of our clients, friends, and family can give us.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The majority of it has been a smooth road. The biggest hurdles we have encountered have been related to bandwidth, which is the best problem to have.
